Group or individual appointments are available. We work closely with Doctor to provide seamless, collaborative care.
The session will cover the following topics; what is type 2 diabetes?, blood glucose monitoring, dietary intake, physical activity, medications, hype and hyperglycemia management, uncontrolled diabetes and complications, mental well being, and foot care.
This information group helps patients better understand pre-diabetes. Run by a registered nurse and our registered dietitian. Topics covered include; what is pre-diabetes, dietary intake, physical activity, and moving forward with pre-diabetes.
This clinic is run weekly for women with gestational diabetes. An initial information session is held with a Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian in a group format, and follow-up appointments are scheduled individually.
