Our Registered Dietitian, Beth, is an expert in food and nutrition and its impact on health.

 

What does a Dietitian do?

  • Provides education, advice and counselling about food and nutrition
  • Works with people who have developed chronic diseases, as well as people who are trying to prevent them
  • Uses non-diet and goal-oriented strategies to focus on BEHAVIOURS instead of OUTCOMES
